• The Theresienstraße bus stop is 70 m from the entrance. 
• There are three marked parking spaces for people with disabilities. The size of the parking space is 240 cm x 500 cm, the distance to the entrance is 50 m. On the way to the entrance there is a maximum longitudinal slope of 7.5% on1 15 m length.
• Access to the building is possible without steps (max. 2 cm threshold, via a ramp).
• All rooms usable and elevated for the guest are accessible at ground level, by ramp or wheelchair lift.
• The ramp at the entrance has a maximum longitudinal slope of 6%. 
• The platform of the wheelchair lift is 143 cm x 123 cm. 
• All passageways/doors are at least 90 cm wide.
• The information counter is 77 cm high at the lowest point.  
• Guided tours are available for people with walking disabilities and wheelchair users. Pre-registration for the guided tour is required. 
• The entire route of the guided tour is step-free for wheelchair users. 
• Mobile or fixed seating is available for people with walking disabilities to use during the tour.

  in front of the washbasin 143 cm x 163 cm;
  in front of the toilet 143 cm x 163 cm;
  to the left of the toilet 81 cm x 70 cm;
  to the right of the toilet 68 cm x 70 cm.
• There are grab rails to the left and right of the toilet.
• Both grab railscan be flipped-up.
• The sink is wheelchair compatible. 
• The mirror can be seen while standing or sitting. 
• There is a cord as an alarm trigger.

• Assistance dogs (companion dogs, guide dogs for the blind, etc.) may be brought into all relevant areas/rooms of the establishment/offerings.  
• The entrance areas are visually contrasting to the surroundings.  
• There are no floor indicators in the indoor and outdoor areas.
• All raised areas that can be used by guests (entrance area, cash desk/counter, bedrooms, corridors, hallways) are well lit, i.e. bright and glare-free.
• Stairs have at least one handrail on one side.
• The signage is designed in legible lettering. There is good visual contrast between the lettering/pictogram and the background. 
• Numbers, letters (up to 4 characters) or pictograms are tactilely perceptible (e.g. relief or prismatic lettering).
