Tourist Information Anger

All areas relevant for testing meet the quality criteria of the label "Accessibility certified - partially accessible for people with walking disabilities".

• There is a designated parking space for people with disabilities. 
• The entrance/access to the building is possible without steps via a ramp. 
• All rooms and facilities that can be used and raised for the guest are accessible without steps. 
• The counter is 110 cm high at the lowest point. 
• If passageways are available:  The width of the pathway/corridor is not restricted.
• Exterior pathways are at least 170 cm wide. 
• Exterior paths have a maximum longitudinal slope of 12.5% on the way to the toilet. 

Public WC for people with disabilities (in the ladies' room)

• There are grab bars to the left and right of the WC.
• The handholds are not foldable. 
• The washbasin is accessible at a height of 67 cm and a depth of at least 30 cm.
• The mirror can be viewed while sitting or standing.

• The entrance to the Tourist Information is visually rich in contrast and can be recognized by a tactile change of floor covering.
• The staircase at the entrance has 3 steps and is not visually rich in contrast. A handrail is not present.
• Glass doors are partly marked with safety markings.
• There are no carousel or rotary doors.
• All evaluated areas usable by the guest are brightly lit and glare-free.
• Operating elements and paths are mainly tactile and visually high in contrast. The walls cannot be used as an orientation guideline.
• Signs are provided in clearly legible fonts.
• There are no obstacles, e.g. objects protruding into the path/room.
• There are no guided tours offered for visually impaired and blind people.
