Valley station

  • A car park is 250 m from the entrance (valley station). There are no parking spaces for people with disabilities. 
  • The cash desk is steplessly accessible, the counter is 110 cm high.
  • Access and path to the inclined lift between the valley station (end of the ski jump) and the mountain station is stepless.
  • All passageways/doors are at least 90 cm wide (or alternatives are available).
  • There is a public toilet for people with disabilities at the valley station:
    • The manoeuvring spaces in front of the toilet, washbasin and door are at least 150 cm x 150 cm in size.
    • The manoeuvring spaces next to the toilet are 156 cm x 70 cm on the right and 76 cm x 70 cm on the left.
    • There are grab handles that can be folded up on both sides.
    • The washbasin is wheelchair compatible at a height of 67 cm and a depth of 30 cm or more.
    • The mirror above the washbasin cannot be seen while sitting.
  • The inclined lift is controlled by the staff, the entry and exit is supported by the service staff.
  • The lift door is 150 cm wide, the cab size is 219 cm x 365 cm.
  • The audience arena will be set up for each event according to the needs of the organizers. For each event there are spaces for wheelchair users available, which can be booked in advance at the ticket office.

Mountain station

  • The mountain station is steplessly accessible via a ramp (alternative: staircase). The ramp has a maximum longitudinal inclination of 5% and a running width of 127 cm. 
  • All passageways/doors are at least 90 cm wide (or alternatives are available).
  • In the mountain station there is a public toilet for people with disabilities:
    • The toilet can be accessed over a 40 m long path from the mountain station with a maximum longitudinal inclination of 11 % over 10 m.
    • The manoeuvring spaces in front of the toilet, the washbasin and the door are at least 150 cm x 150 cm.
    • The manoeuvring spaces next to the toilet are 81 cm x 71 cm on the right and 100 cm x 71 cm on the left.
    • There are handles that can be folded up on both sides.
    • The washbasin is wheelchair compatible at a height of 67 cm and a depth of 30 cm or more.
    • The mirror above the washbasin can be seen while standing or sitting.
  • The checkout/bistro counter is 117 cm high, there is another, equivalent communication possibility in a sitting position.
  • In the bistro area there are wheelchair compatible tables (maximum height 80 cm, accessible at a height of 67 cm and a depth of 30 cm).

  • Assistance dogs are allowed.
  • Indoors and outdoors there is no guidance system with floor indicators.
  • Not all staircases are visually or tactilely rich in contrast.
  • The signage is designed in clearly legible, visually contrasting font.
  • There is no information in Braille or prismatic writing.
  • The elevator ride is controlled by the staff, entry and exit is supported by the service staff.

  • In the case of an acoustic alarm (e.g. fire alarm) there is no clearly visually perceptible flashing signal.
  • There is no audio induction loop (cash register).
  • In the elevators, an outgoing emergency call is confirmed acoustically (but not visibly). The elevator ride is controlled by the staff, the entry and exit is supported by the service staff.
  • In the bistro (mountain station) there are tables with bright and glare-free lighting and there are tables where there are no lamps standing or hanging that restrict the field of vision or eye contact.

  • The destination of the path (cash desk, paths etc.) is usually within sight or there are signs at a visible distance.
