All areas relevant for testing meet the quality criteria of the label "Accessibility certified - accessible for people with walking disabilities and partially accessible for wheelchair users".  

Some information on accessibility are listed below. For detailed information please see the evaluation report.

• There are 4 parking spaces for people with disabilities in the car park (space size: 350 cm x 550 cm). 
• The parking space is 150 m from the entrance.
• The entrance/access to the building is step-free (max. 2 cm threshold, if necessary via a ramp).
• All rooms and facilities that can be used and raised for the guest are accessible without steps or via a lift. Door thresholds are max. 2 cm high. 
• Lift cabs are at least 110 cm x 200. 
• Passages and doors are at least 94 cm wide. 
• There are 18 accessible tables (maximum height 80 cm, accessible at a height of 67 cm with a depth of 30 cm).

Public WC

• The manoeuvring spaces are:  
  in front of the washbasin 150 cm x 150 cm;
  in front of the WC 150 cm x 150 cm;
  to the left of the WC 90 cm x 70 cm;
  to the right of the WC 120 cm x 70 cm.
• There are grab rails to the left and right of the WC.
• Both grab rails can be folded up. 
• The sink is wheelchair compatible. 
• The mirror can be seen while standing or sitting. 
• There is a cord as an alarm trigger.

• Assistance dogs may be brought along.
• The entrance is visually rich in contrast and the house signs are in clearly legible, high-contrast typeface.
• Glass doors are not provided with safety markings.
• Rooms and corridors are brightly illuminated.
• There are no obstacles, e.g. objects protruding into the path / room.
• Information is not available in Braille or prismatic font.
• There is no continuous guidance system with soil indicators.
• In the elevator, the confirmation of an emergency call is made acoustically.
• Staircases are not visually or tactilely rich in contrast. Handrails are available.
• The menu is designed in straightforward and high-contrast font.

• There is no inductive hearing system.
• In the elevator, an emergency call is confirmed acoustically. Alternatively, staircases are available.
• There are tables with bright and glare-free lighting on which there are no lamps standing or hanging that restrict the field of vision.
• There are tables with low ambient noise.
• An electroacoustic PA system can be switched off or controlled.

• The destination of the route is usually within sight, or there are signs at a constantly visible distance.
• There is no information in easy language.

• Information is not displayed with pictograms or pictures (exception: signage of the toilet).
