The new Dachau Gallery exclusively exhibits temporary exhibitions of contemporary art. Following the tradition of the Dachau artists' colony around 1900, exhibitions repeatedly take up the theme of landscape in contemporary art.   • The bus stop "Gottesackerstraße" is about 100 m from the entrance. 
  • There is no in-house car park. For baording and alighting it is possible to drive in front of the gate. The closest parking space for people with disabilities is approx. 150 m away.
  • The path to the entrance is not vibration-free and not easy to walk or drive on.
  • The entrance is accessible via a threshold of 2.5 cm.
  • The exhibition area is accessible via a threshold of 6.5 cm.
  • The information counter with cash register is 76 cm high.
  • All public doors and passageways are at least 90 cm wide, with the exception of the door to the public toilet (passageway width: 68 cm).
  • The exhibits and the corresponding information are mainly visible and legible when seated.
  • Guided tours are offered for people with walking impairments and wheelchair users. Seating is available. The entire route of the guided tour is steplessly accessible for wheelchair users. Reservation in advance required.
  • There is no public toilet designed for people with disabilities (door width 68 cm).

  • Essential paths are predominantly visually rich in contrast and can partly be detected tactilely.
  • There is no guidance system with ground indicators.
  • Guided tours are offered for people with visual impairments and blind people. Exhibits for touching are integrated. Reservation in advance required.
