  • There are two marked parking space for people with disabilities (parking space size: 350 cm x 500 cm).
  • The hotel is steplessly accessible.
  • All evaluated rooms and facilities available to the guests are steplessly accessible at ground level or via elevator.
  • The elevator cabin measures 110 cm x 206 cm. The elevator door is 90 cm wide.
  • All evaluated passageways/doors available to the guests are at least 81 cm wide.
  • The reception desk is at its lowest point 115 cm high. There is another, equivalent communication possibility while in a sitting position.
  • There are three wheelchair accessible tables available in the breakfast room (maximum height 80 cm, wheelchair accessible at a height of 67 cm and a depth of 30 cm).

  • There are grab rails available on the right and left of the toilet. The grab rails can be flipped-up.
  • The sink is wheelchair compatible.
  • The mirror can be seen while standing or sitting.
  • The shower is accessible without thresholds.
  • The manoeuvring space in the shower is 130 cm x 130 cm.
  • A shower seat is available or can be provided if required.
  • There are no grab rails available in the shower.
  • An alarm trigger is available.

Public toilet for people with disabilities (ground floor)

  • The manoeuvring spaces are:
    in front of/behind the door, in front of the toilet and the washbasin at least 150 cm x 150 cm;
    left and right of the toilet at least 90 cm x 70 cm, no manoeuvring space on the left.
  • There are grab rails available on the right and left of the toilet. The grab rails can be flipped-up.
  • The sink is wheelchair compatible.
  • The mirror can be seen while standing or sitting.
  • An alarm trigger is available.

  • The entrance is visually rich in contrast and recognizable by a tactile change of floor covering.
  • The signage is designed in clearly legible and contrasting font.
  • An outgoing emergency call in the elevator is confirmed audibly.
  • The break position is not announced by spoken commands.
  • Alternatively stairs are available.
  • At least at the first and last step, stairs have visually contrasting edges.
  • Stairs have handrails on both sides.
  • The menu font is straightforward and visually rich in contrast.
  • Information is not available in Braille or prismatic font.

  • There is no audio induction loop system at the reception desk.
  • An outgoing emergency call in the elevator is confirmed audibly.
  • In the breakfast room/ bar there are 25 tables with bright and glare-free lighting, on which there are no lamps standing or hanging that interfere with the field of vision or eye contact.
  • There is a seating area with low background noises (e.g. corner seating, separate room).

  • There is at least one electrical outlet available near the bed.
  • W-LAN is offered.
