• There is a designated parking space for people with disabilities.  
• The entrance/access to the building is possible without steps (max. 2 cm threshold, if necessary via a ramp). 
• All rooms and facilities that can be used and raised for the guest are accessible without steps. 
• Exterior walkways are at least 107 cm wide. 
• Ramps are at least 119 cm wide. Ramps have a maximum longitudinal incline of 17 %.
• Doors are at least 70 cm wide. 
• All areas are accessible by elevator without steps.
• The elevator car is 108 cm x 128 cm. The elevator door is 118 cm wide.
• The counter/cash register is 97 cm high at the lowest point.

• Rooms and corridors are bright and glare-free almost everywhere.
• There is no menu in Braille or on a barrier-free website.
• Aids offered: reading aids (reading glasses, magnifying glasses, etc.)

• In the elevator, an outgoing emergency call is not optically confirmed.
• WiFi access is available. There is at least one freely available outlet near the bed.

• In the dining room there are tables with bright and glare-free lighting.
• There are no tables where there are no lamps standing or hanging that restrict the field of vision or eye contact.
• There are no seating areas with low background noises (e.g. seating corner, separate room).

• Business cards/brochures with address and telephone number of the host are visibly displayed at the reception and in the rooms.
