All areas relevant for testing meet the quality criteria of the label "Accessibility certified - partially accessible for people with walking disabilities".

• There are three parking spaces for people with disabilities (parking space size: 350 cm x 500 cm).
• The path from the car park to the entrance is 40 m long. It is easy to walk and drive on and has a maximum longitudinal gradient of 14 % over a distance of 2 m.
• The appartement is steplessly accessible.
• Almost all evaluated rooms and facilities available to the guests are accessible at ground level
• Exception: the sauna is just available via stairs or a way outside which has a maximum longtiude of 22 %.
• Almost all evaluated passageways/doors available to the guests are at least 90 cm wide.
• Exception: the door to the sauna is 56 cm wide.
• The dining tables are wheelchair compatible (maximum height 80 cm, wheelchair accessible at a height of 67 cm and a depth of 30 cm).
• The kitchen counter, the sink and the stove are not wheelchair compatible.
• Offered aids: toilet seats, mobile ramps. Wheel walker.

Appartement 1:

• There are identical appartements.
• The manoeuvring spaces are:
  in front of essential stationary furnishings (e.g. wardrobe) 140 cm x 200 cm;
  right of the bed 74 cm x 173 cm;
  on the left is the bed on the wall.
• A nursing bed is not available.
• The manoeuvring spaces in the bathroom are:
  in front of the toilet 102 cm x 145 cm
  in front of the washbasin 115 cm x 178 cm;
  left of the toilet 56 cm x 103 cm, no manoeuvring space on the right.
• There are grab rails available on the right and left of the toilet. The grab rails can be flipped-up.
• The sink is wheelchair compatible.
• The mirror can be seen while standing or sitting.
• The shower is not steplessly variable (treshold of 3 cm).
• The manoeuvring space in the shower is 105 cm x 118 cm.
• A shower seat is available or can be provided if required.
• There are grab rails available in the shower.
• An alarm trigger is available.

• Assistance dogs are allowed in relevant areas/rooms.
• The entrance is visually rich in contrast andrecognizable by a tactile change of floor covering.
• All evaluated and usable areas for the guest are well illuminated, i.e. bright and glare-free.
