Monastery "Maria Bildhausen" - Monastery Guesthouse and Monastery Shop

Description

The monastery Maria Bildhausen is a very special place, nestled in the rolling hills of the front Rhön. Uniquely situated in the heart of our historic monastery complex, we welcome you true to our philosophy "Oasis of Life".

In 1899, Father Dominikus Ringeisen built our monastery inn, which has always been a popular meeting place for excursionists, guests, locals and employees. Through the visit you will get to know the monastery and its inhabitants.

At the same time, the Klostergasthof offers the opportunity to taste the variety of lovingly made products. The monastery inn and hotel are run as a working group of the workshop for disabled people. Here, our well-trained and highly motivated employees are assisted by a dedicated team of employees.

Enjoy our beer garden or terrace in the summer. The wonderful ambience and tranquility of our former Cistercian monastery will do you good! Experience the flair of Maria Bildhausen. For more information visit the website:  www.klostergasthof.net
