All areas relevant for testing meet the quality criteria of the label "Accessibility certified - accessible for people with walking disabilities and partially accessible for wheelchair users".

• There are four designated parking spaces for people with disabilities. 
• Exterior walkways are at least 200 cm wide. 
• Doors are at least 90 cm wide. 
• Access to all areas is step-free with the aid of an elevator.
• Elevator cars are at least 155 cm x 157. Elevator doors are at least 109 cm wide.
• The entrance/access to the building is step-free.
• The counter/cash register is 75 cm high at the lowest point. 
• There are wheelchair accessible tables in the restaurant. 
• There are five barrier-free designed rooms. 
• There are two public toilets with sufficient movement areas.

Room No. 1048 - Bedroom

• The room is a double room
• in front of essential furnishings (e.g. wardrobes) 96 cm x 150 cm;
• to the left of the bed 130 cm x 200 cm;
• on the right side of the bed 186 cm x 200 cm.
• The bed is 62 cm high.

Bathroom

• The movement areas in the bathroom are:  
• in front of the sink 125 cm x 200 cm;
• in front of the WC 200 cm x 125 cm;
• to the left of the WC 181 cm x 71 cm;
• to the right of the WC 65 cm x 71 cm.

WC / washbasin

• There are folding grab rails to the left and right of the WC.
• The washbasin is accessible at a height of 67 cm and a depth of less than 30 cm.
• The mirror can be viewed while sitting or standing.

Shower

• The shower is accessible without steps. 
• The shower area is 110 cm x 198 cm.
• There are grab bars in the shower.
• A shower seat is available or can be provided if needed.

• The entrance area is visually contrasting to the surroundings. 
• The operating elements are visually contrasting. 
• The operating elements (e.g. door handles, light switches, emergency call buttons) are tactilely detectable throughout the building/object.
• Signage designed in easy-to-read lettering. 
• There is a good visual contrast between the lettering/pictogram and the background.

• An outgoing emergency call in the elevator is confirmed acoustically, e.g. by an intercom system.
• Tables with bright and glare-free lighting are available.

• There is a unisex toilet available.
