The W5-Bürgerhaus Schönbrunn is an event venue in the district of Dachau. On around 800 sqm, the house offers everything you need for your event in six rooms: from committee meetings in a small circle to celebrations with 150 people.   • The nearest bus stop is approx. 150 m away.
  • General parking spaces are available (distance to the entrance approx. 25 m). Designated parking spaces for people with disabilities are available approx. 150 m away.
  • The main entrance is accessible without steps or thresholds. The entrance door opens automatically.
  • All other rooms and facilities usable by guests are accessible without steps or by lift. 
  • oors and passageways are at least 90 cm wide. 
  • The lift cabin is 106 cm x 158 cm. A horizontal control panel is available.
  • All rooms that can be used by guests and are raised are accessible at ground level or by lift.
  • Tables that can be moved underneath are available in the guest room.

Ladies' public toilet (ground floor)

  • The manoeuvring spaces are: in front of the washbasin 164 cm x 158 cm; in front of the toilet 158 cm x 164 cm; to the left of the toilet 90 cm x 71 cm; to the right of the toilet 90 cm x 71 cm.
  • There are grab rails to the left and right of the toilet .
  • Both grab rails can be folded up. 
  • The washbasin is accessible from underneath at a height of 67 cm and a depth of at least 30 cm.
  • The mirror can be viewed while sitting or standing.

Men's public toilet (ground floor)

  • The manoeuvring spaces are: in front of the washbasin 200 cm x 155 cm; in front of the toilet 155 cm x 200 cm; to the left of the toilet 83 cm x 71 cm; to the right of the toilet 90 cm x 71 cm.
  • There are grab rails to the left and right of the toilet.
  • There is a grab rail to the left of the toilet.
  • Both grab rails can be folded up.

  • There are grab rails to the left and right of the toilet.
  • Both grab rails can be folded up. 
  • The washbasin is accessible from underneath at a height of 67 cm and a depth of at least 30 cm.

Public toilet for men (1st floor)

  • The manoeuvring spaces are: in front of the washbasin 200 cm x 165 cm; in front of the toilet 200 cm x 150 cm; to the left of the toilet 96 cm x 71 cm; to the right of the toilet 96 cm x 71 cm.
  • There are grab rails to the left and right of the toilet.
  • There is a grab rail to the left of the toilet.
  • Both grab rails can be folded up.

  • Assistance dogs are allowed.
  • Main entrance and rear entrance/access to the terrace are visually contrasted to the surroundings. There is a tactile change of the floor covering.
  • In the elevator, an emergency call is confirmed audibly. The stopping position is not announced by speech (serves only two floors). Operating elements and signage are high-contrast and tactile.
  • Staircases have handrails on both sides. The first and last steps have high-contrast edges. There is a visual contrast between the floor covering and stairways.
  • Rooms and corridors are illuminated brightly and glare-free.
  • Operating elements are partly tactile, but mainly visually rich in contrast.
  • Paths are visually rich in contrast everywhere and predominantly marked with tactile markings or the walls can be used as orientation aids.
  • Signs are clearly legible, but not available in Braille.
  • There are no obstacles, e.g. objects protruding into the path/room.
  • The menu is straightforward and rich in contrast, but not available in large print.
  • There is no guidance system (e.g. ground indicators) in indoor and outdoor areas.

  • There is no visually perceptible alarm in the building.
  • An audio induction loop is present in the foyer and the guest room.
  • In the guest room and at the terrace on the ground floor, there are tables at which there are no lamps standing or hanging that restrict the field of vision or eye contact. There are no seating areas with low background noises.
  • In the elevator, an emergency call is confirmed audibly, not visibly. Alternatively, stairs are available.
  • Information for orientation is available in written form and in the form of pictograms (toilet signage).

  • The name or logo of the establishment is clearly recognizable from the outside at the main entrance and at the rear entrance/access to the terrace.

  • A menu with pictures is available.
