Some information on accessibility are listed below. For detailed information please see the evaluation report.

  • There is a parking space available in the underground car park (space size: 230 cm x 500 cm: lift available).
  • The parking space is 14 m from the entrance.
  • The path between the parking space and the lift is easy to walk and drive on. The maximum longitudinal slope is 7.4 % over a length of 4 m.
  • The entrance to the house is accessible via a ramp with a maximum longitudinal slope of 15% or alternatively via a step (height: 14 cm). The threshold of the entrance door is 1.5 cm high.
  • The holiday flat and all rooms usable by the guest are accessible without steps or via a lift. 
  • The lift has a door of 80 cm and a cabin size of 110 cm x 140 cm.
  • Doors and passageways are at least 80 cm wide - with the exception of the door of the separate WC.
  • The movement areas in rooms and in front of/behind doors are predominantly smaller than 120 cm x 120 cm.
  • In the kitchen, the dining table can be moved underneath, but the sideboard/work surface, sink and cooker cannot. The movement area in front of the kitchen unit is at least 146 cm x 116 cm.

Appartement 

  • The manoeuvring spaces are as follows
    in front of essential furnishings (e.g. cupboards) 200 cm x 67 cm;
    to the left of the bed 41 cm x 210 cm;
    to the right of the bed 95 cm x 210 cm.
  • The bed is 90 cm high.
  • The bed height is 90 cm. The right mattress is equipped with an electric slatted frame that can be moved to a height of 55 - 90 cm. The bed can be moved if necessary.
  • There is no nursing bed available.
  • The manoeuvring spaces in the bathroom are:
    115 cm x 157 cm in front of the washbasin;
    in front of the toilet 157 cm x 115 cm;
    to the left of the toilet 28 cm x 70 cm;
    to the right of the toilet 147 cm x 70 cm. 
  • There is a grab rail to the left and right of the toilet.
  • Both grab rails can be lipped-up. 
  • The washbasin is accessible from underneath at a height of 67 cm and a depth of at least 30 cm.
  • The mirror can be viewed while sitting or standing.
  • The shower is accessible without steps. 
  • The shower is 148 cm x 101 cm.
  • Grab rails are available in the shower.
  • A shower seat is available or can be provided if required (fixed, folding, hook-in or mobile and stable).
  • There is a threshold to the balcony with a height of 17 cm.

  • Assistance dogs are not allowed.
  • The entrance to the house and the entrance to the holiday apartment are visually contrasting and can be recognized by a tactile change of the floor covering.
  • Rooms and corridors are brightly illuminated.
  • The control elements (e.g. door handles, light switches, emergency call buttons) are predominantly tactile and visually rich in contrast almost everywhere.
  • The walls or other structural elements can be used for orientation.
  • There are no visually contrasting step surfaces.
  • In the elevator the stopping position is not announced by spoken commands.
  • There is no guidance system with floor indicators.
  • Information is not available in Braille or prismatic writing.

  • There is no audio induction loop.
  • There is no clearly optically perceptible alarm.
  • The emergency call is confirmed audibly, e.g. intercom system, but not visibly.
  • There is at least one freely available electrical outlet near the bed.
  • The knocking on the door and the ringing of the telephone are not indicated by a flashing signal.

  • Name and logo of the company (house entrance) are clearly recognizable from the outside, but the entrance area to the holiday apartment is not.
  • Business cards/brochures with address and telephone number of the host are not displayed in the apartment.
  • There is no information in easy language.
