• There is a parking space available for guests (parking space size 350 cm x 500 cm; distance to entrance approx. 10 m).
• There is a public transport stop about 200 m away.
• From the car park to the entrance the path has a gradient of 10% on a distance of 2.5 m.
• The width of the entrance door is 98 cm, access to the building is threshold-free and stepless.
• Doors and passages are at least 90 cm wide.
• All areas relevant to the guest are accessible at ground level.
• A kitchen is integrated in the living room. There is a kitchen specially designed for wheelchair users. Sideboard/worktop, sink and stove are wheelchair accessible. The (dining) table is only accessible to a limited extent (at a height of 65 cm).
• Aids offered: Walker, bed erection aid, cooperation with a local medical supply store

Bedroom 1 (double bedroom)

• The manoeuvring spaces next to the bed are on the left sight 96 cm x 206 cm and on the right 102 cm x 206 cm. The bed is compatible for a bed lift.
• A nursing bed cannot be provided.

Bathroom

• The manoeuvring spaces next to the toilet are: left 32 cm x 62 cm, right 200 cm x 62 cm, in front of the toilet or washbasin 200 cm x 63 cm.
• There are handles which can be folded up on the right side.
• The washbasin is wheelchair compatible at a depth of 30 cm or more.
• The mirror can be seen while sitting or standing.
• The ground-level shower has a manoeuvring space of 200 cm x 200 cm. Handrail and shower chair are available.

• Assistance dogs are allowed.
• Outdoor paths usually have high-contrast or tactilely detectable sidewalk boundaries.
• The main entrance is visually contrasting and can be recognized by a tactilely perceptible change of floor covering.
