Holiday Apartment "Herbst" at the Holiday Farm "König"

All areas relevant for testing meet the quality criteria of the label "Accessibility certified - partially accessible for people with walking disabilities and wheelchair users".

• There is a marked parking space for people with disabilities (parking space size: 330 cm x 600 cm) directly in front of the house.
• The car park is not easy to walk and drive on.
• The building is steplessly accessible via a ramp.
• All evaluated rooms and facilities that can be used by guests are stepless/at ground level or accessible via a ramp.
• Almost all evaluated doors and passages that can be used by guests are at least 80 cm wide. 
• The dining table is wheelchair accessible (maximum height 80 cm, accessible at a height of 67 cm and a depth of 30 cm).
• The work surface in the kitchen is wheelchair accessible.

Parent's bedroom (double bed)

• The maneuvering spaces in front/behind the door are at least 156 cm x 168 cm.
• The maneuvering spaces are as follows:
  • in front of essential, immobile furnishings (e.g. cupboard) 130 cm x 213 cm;
  • to the left of the bed 180 cm x 213 cm;
  • to the right of the bed 59 cm x 250 cm.
• The bed is 43 cm high.

Children's bedroom (bunk bed)

• The maneuvering spaces in front/behind the door are at least 106 cm x 350 cm.
• The maneuvering spaces are as follows:
  • in front of essential, immobile furnishings (e.g. cupboard) 180 cm x 168 cm;
  • to the left of the bed 133 cm x 285 cm;
  • on the right the bed stands next to the wall.
• The lower bed is 42 cm high.
• A nursing bed cannot be provided.

Bathroom/toilet

• The maneuvering spaces in the bathroom are as follows:
  • in front of/behind the door, in front of the toilet and in front of the washbasin at least 150 cm x 150 cm;
  • to the left of the toilet 130 cm x 54 cm and to the right of the toilet 17 cm x 54 cm.
• There are handles on the left and right of the toilet. The handle to the left of the toilet can be folded up.
• The washbasin is accessible by wheelchair.
• The mirror can be seen while standing or sitting.
• The shower is accessible without thresholds.
• The maneuvering space in the shower is 110 cm x 139 cm.
• A shower seat is available or can be provided if required.
• There are grab handles in the shower.
• There is no alarm trigger.

• Assistance dogs are not allowed in the apartment.
• The entrance is visually rich in contrast, but not recognizable by a tactile change of floor covering.
• All evaluated areas usable by the guest are well illuminated, i.e. bright and glare-free.
• Information is not available in Braille or prismatic writing.
• Aids offered: reading aids (reading glasses, magnifying glasses, etc.).
