All areas relevant for testing meet the quality criteria of the label "Accessibility certified -  partially  accessible for people with walking disabilities and wheelchair users".

• The streetcar stop "Rathausplatz" is about 60 m away. 
• Access is possible without steps via the side entrance.  
• All rooms and facilities that can be used and raised for the guest are accessible without steps. 
• Passages and doors are at least 90 cm wide. 
• The counters of the tourist information / citizen service are 99 cm and 117 cm high at the lowest point.

• Assistance dogs (companion dogs, guide dogs for the blind, etc.) may be brought into all relevant areas/rooms of the establishment/offer. 
• The entrance area is identifiable by a tactilely perceptible change of flooring and visually contrasted to the surroundings.  
• There are glass doors that do not have safety markings at a height of 40-70 cm and 120-160 cm. 
• The steps to the main entrance are not contrasting.
• There are no visually contrasting or tactile floor indicators. 
• All raised areas that can be used by the guest (entrance area, cashier/counter, bedrooms, corridors, hallways) are well lit, i.e. bright and glare-free'.
• Signage designed in legible lettering. There is good visual contrast between the lettering/pictogram and the background.
