All areas relevant for testing meet the quality criteria of the label "Accessibility certified - partially accessible for people with walking disabilities".
Some information on accessibility are listed below. For detailed information please see the evaluation report.
- There are three marked parking spaces for people with disabilities (parking space size: 230 cm x 480 cm).
- The surface quality of the car park is easy to walk and drive on.
- The path from the car park to the entrance is 41 m long. It is easy to walk and drive on and has a maximum longitudinal gradient of 5.5 % over a distance of 5.5 m.
- The building is steplessly accessible via a ramp.
- The ramp has a maximum gradient of 3.5 % and a total length of 5.10 m.
- Almost all evaluated rooms and facilities available to the guests are steplessly accessible or via a ramp or an elevator.
- The elevator cabin measures 145 cm x 245 cm.
- All evaluated passageways/doors available to the guests are at least 90 cm wide.
Public toilet for people with disabilities (ground floor)
- The door opens inwards, but does not affect the manoeuvring space in front of the toilet and sink.
- The manoeuvring spaces are:
in front of/behind the door at least 150 cm x 150 cm;
in front of the toilet 90 cm x 200 cm;
in front of the washbasin 200 cm x 145 cm;
left of the toilet 124 cm x 57 cm, no manoeuvring space on the right. - There is a grab rail on the right side of the toilet. The grab rail can be flipped-up.
- The sink is wheelchair compatible.
- The mirror is not visible while sitting.
- An alarm trigger is available.
People with visual impairments and blind people

- Assistance dogs are allowed in relevant areas/rooms.
- The entrance is visually rich in contrast, but not recognizable by a tactile change of floor covering.
- All evaluated and usable areas for the guest are well illuminated, i.e. bright and glare-free.
- The signage is designed in clearly legible and contrasting font.
- Information for orientation is not available in Braille or prismatic font.
- An outgoing emergency call in the elevator is not confirmed audibly.
- The break position is not announced by spoken commands.
- The operating controls are not visually rich in contrast but tactilely detectable.
- Alternatively stairs are available.
- Steps are not visually rich in contrast.
- Stairs have handrails on both sides.
People with hearing impairments and deaf people

- There is no clearly visible alarm.
- An outgoing emergency call in the elevator is not confirmed audibly.
