All areas relevant for testing meet the quality criteria of the label "Accessibility certified - partially accessible for people with walking disabilities".

• All test-relevant areas fulfil the quality criteria of the label "Accessibility tested - partially barrier-free for people with walking disabilities and wheelchair users".
• We have compiled some information on accessibility below. Detailed information can be found in the test report. 
• There are general parking spaces in the underground car park and at the entrance. 
• The entrance/access to the building is step-free (max. 2 cm threshold, if necessary via a ramp).
• The ramp at the entrance has a maximum gradient of 6 % and a total length of 3 m. The ramp is 119 cm wide.
• All rooms and facilities that can be used and raised for the guest are accessible without steps or can be reached via the lift. Door thresholds are mainly a maximum of 3 cm high (exceptions: Door thresholds of the room balconies with a height of 8 cm and terrace of the dining room with 4 cm). 
• The lift cabin is 95 cm x 200 cm. The lift door is 90 cm wide. There is no horizontal control panel. 
• Passages and doors are at least 80 cm wide except for the saunas. 
• The counter/cash register is 106 cm high at the lowest point. 
• There is another, equivalent means of communication while seated.
• There are wheelchair-accessible tables in the dining areas (maximum height 80 cm, wheelchair-accessible at a height of 67 cm with a depth of 30 cm). 
• The following aids are available: Wheelchair, rollator, height-adjustable nursing bed (from external service provider).

Room 214 with sanitary room second floor (double room)

• The movement areas are as follows
  in front of essential furnishings (e.g. cupboards) 103 cm x 200 cm;
  to the left of the bed 200 cm x 166 cm;
  to the right of the bed 105 cm x 166 cm.
• The bed is 58 cm high.
• The movement areas in the bathroom are:
  in front of the washbasin 180 cm x 112 cm;
  in front of the WC 112 cm x 123 cm;
  to the left of the toilet 103 cm x 42 cm;
  to the right of the WC 24 cm x 39 cm.
• There are no grab rails at the WC.
• The washbasin is accessible from underneath at a height of 67 cm and a depth of less than 30 cm.
• The shower is accessible without steps. There is a threshold of 1 cm.
• The shower / shower area is 89 cm x 89 cm.
• Grab rails are provided in the shower.
• A shower seat is available or can be provided if required (fixed, folding, hook-in or mobile and stable)..:
• There is an alarm trigger available.

Room 215 with sanitary room second floor (double room).

• The movement areas are:
  in front of essential furnishings (e.g. cupboards) 82 cm x 176 cm;
  to the left of the bed 82 cm x 176 cm;
  to the right of the bed 104 cm x 176 cm.
• The bed is 54 cm high.
• The movement areas in the bathroom are:
  in front of the washbasin 124 cm x 107 cm;
  in front of the WC 107 cm x 124 cm;
  to the left of the WC 22 cm x 39 cm;
  to the right of the WC 105 cm x 42 cm.
• There are no grab rails at the WC.
• The washbasin is accessible from underneath at a height of 67 cm and a depth of less than 30 cm.
• The shower is accessible without steps. 
• The shower / shower area is 89 cm x 89 cm.
•  There are grab rails in the shower.
•  A shower seat is available or can be provided if required (fixed, folding, hook-in or mobile and stable).
•  There is an alarm trigger available.

Beauty and spa area

• Sauna doors are 62 cm or 63 m wide.
• Sauna wheelchairs are not available.
• Whirlpool: To enter the pool there are flat steps with handrails and a high pool edge at seat height above the pool surround.

• Assistance dogs (guide dogs, guide dogs for the blind, etc.) may be brought into all relevant areas/rooms of the establishment/offerings. 
• The entrance area is recognisable by a tactile change of flooring and visually contrasted with the surroundings. 
• There are no visually contrasting or tactile floor indicators. 
• All raised areas that can be used by guests (entrance area, cash desk/counter, bedrooms, corridors, hallways) are well lit, i.e. bright and glare-free.
• An outgoing emergency call in the lift is confirmed acoustically, e.g. by an intercom system. The stopping position is not announced by voice.
• Stairs are not designed with high contrast. There are stairs without handrails.
• There are glass doors without safety markings at a height of 40-70 cm and 120-160 cm.
• There is a menu. The menu is in plain and contrasting font.
• The signage is designed in legible lettering. 
• There is good visual contrast between the font/pictogram and the background. (Yes)
• Numbers, letters (up to 4 characters) or pictograms are not tactilely perceptible (e.g. relief or prismatic lettering).
• Information that serves orientation and consists of words is prepared as follows: 'Information for orientation is available in easy language.
• In the beauty and spa area, the pool edge is visually contrasting.

• In case of an acoustic alarm (e.g. fire alarm), there is a visually clearly perceptible flashing or blinking signal.
• There is no inductive hearing system (e.g. at reception).
• An outgoing emergency call in the lift is confirmed acoustically, e.g. by an intercom system.
• In the catering areas, there are tables with bright and glare-free lighting, where there are no lamps standing or hanging that interfere with the field of vision or eye contact. There are tables with low ambient noise.
• There is at least one freely available socket near the bed in the rooms.
• Ringing or knocking on the room door is not indicated by a flashing signal that can be perceived in all rooms. 
• W-LAN is offered or a technical possibility for deaf people to communicate with the service staff is offered.

• The name or logo of the establishment/facility is clearly recognisable from the outside. 
• The reception counter is directly visible from the entrance door.
• The food in the catering area is visibly presented.
• A business card with the address and telephone number of the hotel is visibly displayed at the reception desk or in the dormitory.
